Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you buy something from mildhustle.com (“Mild Hustle,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Every item is made to order — nothing is pre-printed or held in stock. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when we confirm and submit it to our printing partner (usually within minutes, automatically). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item's price or description was listed incorrectly, if we suspect fraud, or if we can no longer fulfill it. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and don't include duties or import taxes on international orders (see Shipping & Returns). If a pricing error is genuinely obvious (e.g. a $0 shirt), we can cancel and refund that order rather than honor the price.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

Designs & intellectual property

All designs, artwork, the Mild Hustle name, and the Mild Hustle wordmark are our property (or used under license) and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission. Buying a product doesn't transfer any rights to the design beyond owning that physical item.

Product accuracy

We do our best to represent colors, sizing, and print placement accurately, but small variations are normal with made-to-order printing — actual color can vary slightly by screen and by garment dye lot, and this isn't a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mild Hustle isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
