Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mild Hustle (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you shop at mildhustle.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and let you know what's happening with it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping/billing address
• Order details (items, sizes, quantities, prices)
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If you contact us directly, we also keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond to you.

How we use it

• To process and fulfill your order
• To send you order confirmation and shipping updates
• To respond if you contact us with a question or issue
• To meet legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep your cart contents attached to your session — the site can't function without it, and it doesn't require consent.

With your consent, we also use PostHog to understand how people use this site (pages visited, general navigation) — never for advertising, and never sold to anyone. You'll see a banner asking for this the first time you visit, and you can change your answer anytime via “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. Declining doesn't affect your ability to browse or buy anything.

Who we share it with

Every order we take is made to order and fulfilled by a third-party printing partner — we don't hold inventory ourselves. To make that work, we share the minimum necessary information with:

• Printful — your name, shipping address, and order contents, so your order can be printed and shipped directly to you.
• Stripe — your payment details, to process your payment securely. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle this.
• Resend — your email address, solely to deliver order confirmation and shipping emails.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

International orders

We ship internationally. If you're ordering from outside the United States, your information (name, address, order contents) is necessarily transferred to the US and to our fulfillment partner's processing locations in order to fulfill your order. By placing an order, you consent to this transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to handle any warranty or dispute related to your order.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to keep, e.g. for tax records). To do any of this, contact us at hello@mildhustle.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
